# Report missing and unsupported SKUs
Source: https://greenpixie.com/docs/guides/report-unsupported-skus

How to send Greenpixie SKUs we do not yet cover so we can improve the data.

Greenpixie covers most cloud usage types, but some are unsupported. If a SKU comes back with no energy, carbon or water factors, you can report it and help us extend coverage.

## Why a SKU is unsupported [#why-a-sku-is-unsupported]

A SKU can be unsupported for a few reasons:

* We have determined that it does not draw electricity from hardware in the data centre per functional unit, so there is no energy to model. Support fees, taxes and some marketplace charges fall into this group.
* Greenpixie prioritises coverage by how often a SKU appears in customer usage, and this one has not been prioritised yet.
* It is no longer available for general purchase, so it does not appear in the providers' public SKU APIs that we build coverage from.

Reporting the SKUs you need tells us which ones to prioritise next.

## What to send [#what-to-send]

Send us the SKUs as a file, in CSV or Parquet, with the columns below for the relevant provider. Email the file to [support@greenpixie.com](mailto:support@greenpixie.com).
