Working group, review cadence, and version control.
10.1 Customer Working Group
Greenpixie engages a customer working group to provide input on methodology scope, coverage requirements, and reporting needs. The group's scope includes cloud provider and region coverage, the choice of scores published on the scorecard, output granularity, validation expectations, reporting integration, and alignment with customer sustainability frameworks. Feedback informs prioritisation of methodology enhancements and coverage.
10.2 Routine Review
The methodology is subject to periodic review to ensure continued alignment with developments in cloud provider region estates and published price structures, grid carbon intensity data, published water risk data, and emissions accounting standards.
10.3 Material Changes
Material changes to the methodology, including changes to the comparison basket selection rules, the banding method, the eligibility rules for a score, or the adoption of a republished edition of a third-party data source, are documented, reviewed internally, and reflected in updated versions of this document. A change of this kind can move a region's published grade without any change in what a provider charges or in the grid the region draws from.
10.4 Version Control
Each published version of this methodology is assigned a version number. Changes between versions are documented to support audit and review requirements. The version applying to a set of published scores is recorded with them, so that two sets of scores can be compared on a known basis.
