13. Notice on Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

This document is published by Greenpixie Ltd for informational purposes. It describes the architecture and principles of the methodology at a level intended to support external understanding, review, and trust.

Proprietary elements of the methodology, including but not limited to regression model specifications, benchmark datasets, internal calibration parameters, source hierarchies, and production logic, remain the confidential intellectual property of Greenpixie Ltd.

This document may not be reproduced, redistributed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Greenpixie Ltd.

The methodology outputs, and the underlying datasets from which they are produced, are proprietary to Greenpixie Ltd and are protected by intellectual property and database rights. Use of the outputs is subject to the applicable terms of service between Greenpixie and the customer. Except as those terms expressly permit, the outputs may not be systematically extracted, by manual or automated means, nor redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any third party, and may not be used to build, train, or populate a competing or derivative dataset, product, or service.
