Introduction

This page outlines how to share your billing data with Greenpixie.

Greenpixie connects to your data, and writes the enriched data back to your own environment.

Data is never stored by Greenpixie, the data remains in your own environment.

Create input/output bucket/containers in your own cloud environment.

Assign resource policies/permissions to give Greenpixie access.

Place initial data into the input bucket/container.

Permissions and minimum columns check.

Greenpixie can read data from the big three cloud storage platforms: Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage and Google Cloud Storage.

Data can be placed in any of these platforms, and Greenpixie can write data back to either the same platform, or another platform.

Next, choose your preferred platform:

For CUR enrichment to succeed, data must be stored in a format and structure that is compatible with Greenpixie.

By now, you should have formatted data in a bucket/container, and assigned permissions to give Greenpixie access.

At this stage, Greenpixie will check the permissions and minimum columns required for CUR enrichment.

If permissions and column name checks pass, your data is now ready to enrich 🎉
