Schedule and data availability
When enrichments run and when to expect output.
Daily schedule
Enrichments run between 01:00 and 04:00 UTC each day. Each daily run processes the entire month-to-date: the full current month of input data is re-enriched every day, and the results replace the previous day's output.
Because the whole month is reprocessed daily, billing lines that arrive late, such as provider adjustments to earlier days of the month, are picked up automatically on the next run. There is no need to signal that new data has landed; just keep the input directory up to date.

Custom cadences
Daily month-to-date is the standard cadence. Weekly or monthly schedules, and re-runs of a previous month once the provider finalises it, can be arranged; speak to your Greenpixie contact.
Partners
Partner enrichments do not run on the daily schedule. Each upload is enriched on demand when you signal it is complete; see Partner trigger.
Historical data
To enrich historical months (data from before your connection was set up), place the data in the input directory following the directory structure and speak to your Greenpixie contact to arrange the run.
